1 - What kind of previous knowledge do I need to have to use the system?

No specific knowledge is required. Our system has a friendly and very intuitive interface to that makes its use easy. You also have a help window on the right side of the screen.

2 - How does ChatClub charge for its services?

The billing is made through each channel (SMS, Email, Chatbot, RCS and Voice) and is adapted to each customer's needs. If you are interested in a product and want to know more, contact us.

3 - What are ChatClub’s payment methods?

The payment methods vary according to each project’s negotiation and scope. However, in general, it is possible to work with prepaid or postpaid packages that charges the customer after the month’s consumption. When we talk about ChatBots specifically, in addition to the setup fee, we work with a monthly fee model. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us.

4 - Do additional services have extra costs?

Yes, each additional service you decide to hire will cost you extra, but these services serve to leverage your results and optimize costs. Know here our different types of products.
